A BIBLICAL VIEW

Matthew 19:4
“Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,” (NKJV)
Genesis 1:28
Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply…” (NKJV)
Galatians 3:26-28
For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. (NKJV)
“In human, as in most animals or plants and organisms, biological sex corresponds to one of two distinct types of reproductive anatomy. In humans, reproductive anatomy is unambiguously male or female at birth.
More than 99.98 percent of the time, no third type of sex cell exists in humans and therefore there is no sex spectrum or additional sexes beyond male and female. Sex is binary. It is male and female.” -Wall Street Journal / February 2020:
  • 5.6% of adults identify as LGBT up from 4.5% in 2019
  • 16% of Generation Z identify themselves as LGBTQIA+
-Recent Gallup poll

“Rapid onset gender dysphoria among teens and young adults may be a social contagion linked with having friends who identify as LGBT, identity politics, peer culture, and an increase in internet use.” -A Brown University Professor

  • Civil Laws: laws that governed the nation of Israel, how they were supposed to divide up property and penalize crimes and organize their government.
  • Ceremonial Laws: how sacrifices were to be made, how holidays were to be celebrated, how worship was to be offered.
  • Moral Laws: the laws reflecting the holiness and morality of God and his eternal will for human beings.
Civil and Ceremonial laws were fulfilled and perfected with the coming of Jesus Christ into the world. But God’s moral law reflects God’s holy moral nature. And his holy nature will never change.
Romans 1:21-31
For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal human beings and birds and animals and reptiles. 24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen. 26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error. 28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. (NKJV)

The worst-case scenario in your life is not that God will “get you” for doing something bad. The worst case scenario is that GOD WILL LET YOU GO!

CONCLUSION

1 Corinthians 13:8
Love never fails… (NKJV)
There is someone that I love even though I don’t approve of what he does. There is someone I accept, though some of his thoughts and actions revolt me. There is someone I forgive, though he hurts the people I love the most. That person is me. -C.S. Lewis
